When emailing support@butterchop.com, describe the impact (normal, degraded or service stopped), symptom category and what happened. Include your name, reply email, organization and location. Do not include passwords, payment-card data, guest personal data or secrets.

If service has stopped

Follow your local emergency process for immediate safety emergencies. For product interruptions, check the symptom guidance and involve your manager. Do not retry an uncertain payment or recreate an order until its state is checked.
